  The location is great as it's just a short walk to the mall, which has everything you need for quick tourist errands (mobile shops, clothing, restaurants, department stores, makeup shops). There’s a good mix of casual and fine dining options nearby. The area felt really safe and secure.
  
  Our junior suite was spacious, clean, and had two TVs (perfect if one of us wanted to watch something else 😛 ). There was plenty of storage for luggage and coats, and toiletries were provided. One of the coolest things–our bottled water was delivered by a robot!

  -large gym with great equipment, and a relaxing adult-designed indoor swimming pool with whirlpool jacuzzi and loungers for relaxation.
  -never had to wait for the elevator–helpful and multilingual staff– big help
  -Incredible breakfast buffet with fresh jams, local cheeses, breads, and desserts. The chocolate fountain was a hit with the kids! (really loved their breakfast)
  -forest view from our room created a peaceful atmosphere.
  -Convenient location.30-minute drive to the airport, 40 minutes to the old town.
  -I loved their Radisson Collection chocolate box!!t's made in-house and prepared at least 1 hour before purchase. Just let the reception know in advance. Totally worth the price!
  -my boy loved seeing his name on the TV. It made him feel really happy. A big thank you to Bogrum at the reception for that thoughtful touch!

  This is not my first visit; I booked a room nearly a year ago, and once again, I was pleasantly surprised, as if it were my first time. The staff, from the maintenance personnel to the receptionists, were all excellent. Mr. Ali Reza, in particular, whom I complimented personally, and whom I will commend again here, demonstrated exceptional kindness and a willingness to assist with anything I needed. While the breakfast was average, the dinner I ordered through room service was outstanding.
