  The apartment is spacious and clean, the location is excellent, and the receptionist Mustafa was very nice and helpful

  The check-in, check-out process was very smooth. The receptionist (or better say the property manager) was very helpful, before we arrive, and during our stay until the last day. He helped us with a lot of things.
  The property was located in a very good street, having access to lots of shops (high-end shops were close by). Even though in the living room, there was noise coming from a busy street, the bedrooms were located in right spots in the apartment, so the noise was not disturbing the people in the bedrooms.
  The furniture was high-quality, the rooms (specially the living room) were decorated very beautifully, in a modern style. The air-conditioning was working perfectly.
  The free wi-fi internet was fast and supporting 8 people at the same time very well.
  The amenities was almost sufficient, maybe a little more of cutlery helps the guests (not needing to run dish-washing machine) after every meal in the apartment.
  The machines in the Kitchen were all high-end, good brands, in a very good shape, working perfectly.
  We had no accident with the elevator. It was working flawlessly up to 7th floor.
  Kudos to Kadir who is maintaining the order in the building and in the apartments very professionally.

  everything was amazing! the location is perfect, the flat and everything in it is brand new and very comfortable, amazing big TV! we had to prolong our stay but the apartment we stayed was already booked so the person who was in touch with us suggested another even more amazing option with a good discount in the same building, for which we are really really grateful! That person was always in touch with us and was very friendly and helpful, thank you a lot!! the view from flats is also very nice. definitely coming back again in the future, thank you for everything !

  The location of the hotel was in a very prime area. very close to the metro – Osmanbey station, which made traveling to other areas very easy. many shops, and malls were within walking distance. we had the three bedroom suite which was in the 5th floor. the apartment was very nice and spacious, as described.
