  Location was excellent. Very close to the Galata Tower (5min walk), also close to Galata bridge (15min) & to the old town (30min). Metro station very close & easy to use to get to the airport. The staff were very helpful, friendly & attentive. Before arriving they sent information on tours & airport transfers. And even though we arrived late on New Year’s Eve, there was someone to meet us & show us all the facilities. We had an apartment on the 5th floor, exactly as per the pictures, wonderful view and spacious. We are a family of 4, was great with the 2 bedrooms & a lounge to relax in. Kitchen was well equipped, although we ate out mostly, so only used it for breakfast. Everything is very new & clean. I highly recommend the apartment.

  Comfortable, spacious property. Furniture good quality and new. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Very clean. Just like pictures.
  
  Excellent location, 2 mins from Galata Tower and short walk to Galata Bridge. Bars, restaurants and metro stations right outside. In the heart of Beyoğlu and also easy to get to old town by walking across the bridges.
  
  Staff could be contacted via WhatsApp and were responsive to messages. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and were gifted a bottle of wine, which was very kind. Bottles of water provided every day, as well as tea and coffee. Staff waited until late to let us into the property after our flight was delayed. Excellent service and great value for money.

  Everything about the apartment was aesthetically beautiful. Comfortable and warm to walk in after being out on a cold evening. Our host, Aleyna was the best ever, checking in on us and making sure that we were not only enjoying our stay but gave us recommendations on things to do, where to eat and this made our whole experience an all round amazing holiday.

  My family had a wonderful stay at the Bellavia aparthotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated , clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable experience, including a fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedding, and lots of storage space. The staff, especially Naime, was so friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the Istanbul easy. Overall, I highly recommend this aparthotel for both short and extended stays.

  The property is located to a very good central place in Istanbul, where everything in Istanbul like museums, Center, Bazzars is easy accessible! Moreover is located to the very famous Galata tower which is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants! The personal was really very kind and always willing to assist with any matter that could occur. I would definitely recommend this Apartment for any type of staying!!

  2 mins walking distance to Galata Tower. 10 mins to T1 station Karakoy where you can go to the old city and the Dolmabahce Palace. 1 min distance to the Sishane Metro station. 10 mins walk to both bridges. It is right in the center of action.

  Perfect host, everyday I was asked if everything is Ok what is really nice. Clean rooms, fresh towels everyday, comfortable beds and very easy access to apartments.
  Very close to crowded Galata Tower but located on quiet street. 15-20min easy walk to Fatih district
