  During stay it was very friendly and the served,residence was very fantastic and also gave me a one night as because my flight was changed and I should stay one more night 😊☺. that was so nice service I had also the hotel was clean and so confiedant and the staff was so friendly, smiled and helpful all the time.   The room and the service has been much more satisfying than expected. The room can be cleaned every day if you ask for it and there is a mini boiler over the mini fridge in order to prepare your coffee or tea if you like. The hotel is near the metro station Osmanbey but it' s an uphill road that leads to it. The hotel has an elevator and it functions, which I find very important because many buildings in Istanbul neither have an elevator nor it works!!! The receptionist Eyüp is a very gentle and friendly young man that has tried to solve every problem we had.

  I stayed in a double room. The room and the bed were clean. The bathroom was also clean but the shower had mold and needs improvement. Slippers were also provided. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi very good and the staff very helpful. The hotel is located in a side street which is not attractive (many garages and mechanics) but close to metro station and main street (lots of café, restaurant and shops). I rated the hotel compared to the similar accommodations considering the price. Overall, basic convenient hotel. I recommend it for short stay and solo travelers who spend most of daytime outside!
