  First of all, I want to say a big thank you to Gülşah Kar, she is a great fellow and if not for one, I would have been completely disappointed with the hotel. The room was terribly cold at night, the radiators did not work and the air conditioner did not heat. She decisively resolved this issue, albeit by the last night, but she decided and my son and I did not freeze before bed and in the morning. Thank you very much for your concern!!!
  The location is great, the area is the best possible for a tourist, the renovations in the lobby and in the room itself are excellent, everything is new. it's clear that they did it with love.
  In general, all the disadvantages did not spoil the vacation, and all the advantages made it enjoyable. Thank you!
