  Für uns war wichtig, dass die Betten sauber sind. Handtücher wurden täglich ausgewechselt auf Wunsch. Der Hotelmanager Herr Ramazan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben, um die Umgebung besser zu erkunden.
  Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de restaurantes, centro histórico, mar y conexiones de tranvía. Nos atendió y cuidó de forma muy especial Ramazan, un trabajador que habla perfectamente inglés y que te asesora y guía de forma muy apropiada. Nos gestionó el cambio de habitación y prolongar la estancia en el hotel de forma muy eficiente y rápida y siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. Gracias Ramazan por todo!
