  There are some staff that are great and some that are bad. The view and location are awesome.

  Thé location was great, best to ask for what metro stop is closest coming from IST airport it’s Osmanbey. We got the taxi driver to call the place ang eventually found it.

  This hotel offers just about what you can expect in the 30-40 Euro price range in Istanbul these days. The room was okay, there wasn't much noise from the street or from the next rooms. The location is also good – not far away from Beyoglu sights.

I BOOKED A ROOM HERE VIA BOOKING.COM, ARRIVED IN ISTANBUL, WENT TO THE ADDRESS BUT THIS HOTEL DOESNT EXIST!!! I ASKED PEOPLE AROUND AND HOTELS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND EVERYONE TOLD ME SUCH A HOTEL NEVER EXISTED!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS, THEY TOOK PICTURES FROM OTHER HOTELS!!!   Very bad experience they total makes fool to they are coustomer and scam was like the hotel Name is different on the website and the real is different our flight was delayed two hours due to storm and I have text them about late arriving. They sold the room to others coustomer and on arriving they arguments why we arrive late and after copule of hours they bring us to the diffrent Hotel which was on the 5th floor and no lift we need to use stairs with our luggage the next day we come back to the hotel and wait untill 3: pm to other coustmer to checkout. And then the room we got air-condition was not working then they provide a fan. How ever its very bad experience of this hotel totally recomnd to never stay to this hotel.
