  Everything was awesome: the location, the cleanliness, the comfort,… and especially the full support and help that we got from the lady at the reception. She was so helpful to the point that she walked with us to the nearest supermarket to help us shop for few items for we do not speak Turkish.

  the lady on reception was wonderful. couldn't do enough to help. loads of good advice on where to eat and how to get to places.
  Beds were very comfy and everything was clean.
  Location was excellent. very close to shops and restaurants downhill and a 10 mins walk uphill to a square leading to grand bazar and another 10 to blue Mosque and Busforus tours. shops and restaurants everywhere.

  The hotel lady, secil is the best. Extremely helpful. I checked in at 4am and made some wrong bookings too, but she accommodated both of my requests immediately. She is very quick to response. Rooms were great. They are exactly like pictures. Very close to the old town landmarks so simply walkable. More to it, the rooms come with a kitchen, where there are utensils, stove, forks, plates, knives, basic crockery – which is a plus point if you’re staying for long.

  The property host was great and the location was ideal as it was no more then 10min walk from all the main locations and tourist attractions, I would defo recommend this spot as its on a silent road but around the corner from all the main parts one would visit.
  
  Honestly upon arrival at Istanbul airport we had experienced some racism being Arab's and thought the trip would not be so great but the host met us with such a smile and offered so much help it completely changed our point of view.
