  The staff Neda & Gizem gave exceptional service.
  Neda was fantastic. I felt at home because she could speak english, was more than helpful, went out of her way to make me comfortable and make my stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Every hotel needs a Neda!

  I liked how out of the way the staff would go to say hello, to make sure you were happy and always attempt to converse in English to the best of their ability!
  We absolutely LOVED the restaurant , we ate here for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday for 2 weeks as the service, food and staff were amazing! The food was also fantastic and super reasonable, as it was a surgery visit we were limited to where we could go but we were more than happy.
  I liked how organised the transfers etc and Ubers were outside the hotel, it was in order and you knew what was what.
  We’d like to personally thank Neda for all she did for us during our stay, she went above and beyond!

  The hotel was really nice and the staff were very lovely and always on hand to help out! Especially Neda was fantastic, helped us source a rentacar and was always bright and bubbly whenever greeting us. A real asset to the team at G hotels!!

  I like that the hotel was clean and tidy. I like that the receptionist could speak and understand English. There are baggage porters. I Like the decor of the downstairs lobby. They will always try to resolve any issue or problem that you have. We had some issues with the safe box that they have in the room. We put over money and passport in the safe box and went out and when we came back and tried to reopen the safe box it would not open, so we had to call reception and they did send someone out promptly to rectify the issue.
