  The rooms were good and the heating was good.

  i liked that they would help you with anything. there’s a small makret down the hotel. there’s a good ace and also the istiklal street (taksim maidan) is so close by 5mins walk only. it is safe at night and there’s no shy disturbance from outside.

  The property is located close to Taksim Square. It is around 700-800 mtrs.from Taksim Square and around 600-700 mtrs. from Istikal Street which is one of the main shopping street. The property is located around 1.5 kms. from Galata Towers and is walkable. However, the immediate vicinity of the property is not good, though the people are friendly and helpful. Mr. Hakim who let us in the hotel was helpful.

  The location of the hotel is perfect, it's both close to the city and situated in a peaceful area, making it easy to get around while offering a tranquil environment. I had no issues with cleanliness, everything was spotless and the rooms were very well-organized. The staff were truly amazing, friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt like I was at home. It was an exceptional experience in every way, and I can't wait to stay here again.

  The place is very dirty, bathroom, mattress wasn’t comfortable, stairs are very dangerous I don’t recommend for families, overall don’t rely on pictures in the real life very bad, I started losing my trust with booking.com, I regret on my staying there
