The room was not very clean and was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay.
Hotel receptionists were excellent and very helpful. They booked taxi for us and arrange our transportations with no issues.
A large bonus is the free hotel parking. We arrived from Greece by car and we left the car to the hotel parking until we leave. We were moving around Istanbul on foot or by taxi.

The location was great, so close to center but so quite.
The kitchen was well equipped, and extra dishes were possible to ask for.
