  It was very good. Mr Coskun was a great host, whenever you need him he is there. He is flexible and he even owns that amazing kebab shop on ground floor.
  
  If you are looking for a nice room with balcony and very nicely located in Fatih close to Sultan Ahmet mosque and the Hagia Sophia mosque, u should choose this place.
  
  The Wifi was very strong which was good for doing some work.

  The hotel is clean and is in a good location. There was an awful smell coming from the loo on my first day, but it was fixed as soon as I mentioned it to the owner. The staff are very very nice and helpful. The only downside is that the wifi connection in the hotel wasn't the strongest. I travelled to Istanbul for work and I was unable to make any zoom calls. But overall, I had a good stay. I'm rating it as 8 (extra 1) for the stuff as they were very nice.

  Great accommodation, just like the pictures. The location is excellent, close to the central part of the city and the most important attractions. Public transportation is relatively close, 10 minutes on foot from the accommodation. Wifi was great.

  The staff were very helping, our room was on the top most floor and they helped us carry our luggage to our rooms . They even provided us a VIP transfer to the airport (paid ofc). Over all enjoyed my stay and it was comfy :).

  Responsive communication from the start, all enquiries were promptly answered.
  Friendly staff who were very accommodating – assisted us in all our needs. Even thought they don't speak English, the staff had a way to communicate clearly to us.

  the location was close to almost all landmarks, calm place, not too crowdy, there is all that you need close to you if you want to buy somthing when you come back to the hotel.
