  Good friendly staff. Grusel wad very good, made contact before leaving and was a good point of contact. The attached restaurant was very good, breakfast was good too. Rooms clean and have most if what you could ask for. Staff had very limited English however and it sometimes took some time to get them to understand a message e.g more towels, need an iron, however they always tried their best and got there in the end. The location is excellent for exploring old Istanbul. Overall a positive experience.

  The staff are super friendly, in particular the cleaners and reception staff. The rooms are very comfortable and all the facilities you need are available. Brilliant shower!
  Depends on why you are coming to Istanbul, so if you are there for a shopping trip the location is really good, with all the transport links nearby. The area (Aksaray) is very crowded, but once you're in the room, you don't hear any of that.

  The location of the hotel was great. Was within a walking distance to the main attractions, getting a taxi was no problem, and the hotel itself was right in the middle of markets and shops. So you could walk right out and do some shopping or grab some fresh fruit. The staff were great. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh sheets were put on daily.
