The staff were very friendy and helpful, especially Ramadaz who went above and beyond in his customer service. Would stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

  Perfect location near the Galata Tower. The T1 teamway is only 5 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very good choice to stay some days in Istanbul!

  It's a definitely fantastic place! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located 2 mins from tram and bus station and it's in a walking distance from Taxim square and Istiklal street. Great facilities which are in a perfect condition and the room was super clean. However, the best thing was the staff attitude to the guests – exceptional service!

  Great Hotel that's worth the penny. The staffs are helpful, courteous and welcoming. They don't serve breakfast but they have a complete and nice kitchen. The location was central and 5 minutes walk to the tram and super close to all the attractions in Kadikoy area. The staffs even arranged us quieter room upon our request. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul!
