  Many Thanks to everyone in Hotel Richmond for very efficient & polite service & great hospitality. For some reason, we had to make 2 separate bookings for a 5-night stay. As a result, we had to move rooms after 4 nights. Mr Necati did his very best & we were upgraded to ensure we continued to have the Phosphorus Straits view we had for the first 4 nights.
  The bellhops, front desk, restaurant staff & chefs were most attentive & accommodating. At the first breakfast, my wife loved the chicken noodle soup so much & requested the Chef to prepare the same on our last day as the soup is changed every day at the restaurant. He obliged.

  The location of the property was excellent, making it very convenient for our stay. The rooms are cleans and every day the women knocking at the door early to clean the room.
  Regarding the staff, Yunus at the reception stood out for his dedication and helpfulness. He was the only one who responded promptly and kindly to our requests.
  
  On a positive note, the breakfast and overall food quality were exceptional, making for a great start to the day. Despite the mixed experience with the staff, the combination of the perfect location and excellent food made our stay enjoyable overall.
