  I was early and my room was not ready. Staff upgraded me to a much nicer room for no extra cost. All staff very professional and friendly at all points. I will visit again.

  Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul- Sisli is an excellent hotel. The rooms are modernly fashioned, the beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are spraklingly clean, same can be said for the public wc's on the ground-floor. The breakfast and rest area on the ground-floor are very well appointed and the breakfast buffet was large and plentiful in every way. The staff do not all speak good english but they make every effort to be helpful and they are always available, clean and with a genuine smile for the guests. I would certainly stay again!

  -The location was good, fairly close to shopping, restaurants and groceries.
  -The staff are very helpful, and smiley especially,the duty manager Mohammed who fixed my problem, Helal, Dennis,Rabe'a, Mr Dugkan, from reception and Rogina from Food Service.
  -The reserved room was spacious and fairly furnished.
  -The hotel is worth the money paid, as the rate was reduced at the time of reservation.
