  The breakfast was great, really nice, helpful and pleasant staff, big and clean rooms and not far from metro station so I highly recommend this hotel.

  This was our first trip to Turkey. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit over New Years. Location of the property is perfect so close to all the main points of interest. Easy to get a Taxi via uber, or walk into taksim square on a clear day. The staff were so friendly and so happy to help with everything from front of house to housekeeping and at the restaurant where we had breakfast. The breakfast was lovely with a live omelette station, Fresh juice made, a good variety of options. The room was perfect for our family of 4. 1 double bed and 2 singles. Loved the fact you had an electronic button for housekeeping to clean and do not disturb. We felt safe at the hotel. When first arriving, do not let the small lobby dishearten you as honestly the location, comfort, value for money, hotel staff make up for it in buckets. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, the kids loved it so much too. We will be back again soon. 🙂

  Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and the hospitality is great. I’d like to send a special thank you to Mustapha who was very helpful and attended to whatever need we had. The breakfast there was great with a good choice of food. Lastly, I want to mention the spa service they provide. Absolutely amazing and a big thank you to the therapist Jale Oz. She was excellent. So nice, friendly and bubbly. Would definitely recommend anyone getting a massage done by her. She is a star. Missing everyone already !!
