  Service
  – Butler service at this hotel was incredible it was nice having a Whatsapp number to message with any questions you had and they were pretty responsive with their responses.
  – They also had turndown service which was pretty cool.
  – I had just proposed to my then girlfriend and I told them and they helped with some complimentary desserts on arrival as well as decorations for the rooms, they definitely went above and beyond.
  – They also allowed for a super late checkout at 4pm which was great as meant we weren't rushed
  – The staff were very friendly all over in general and there were many complimentary services we got

  – We were in a Junior Suite which was incredibly spacious. The towels, pyjamas, robes, slippers were all of incredible quality. The balcony was very spacious as well and had great views of the city. The bed was very comfy as well. Particularly loved how high tech the rooms from ordering food to controlling, curtains, temperature, lights, etcs

  – Not sure if the restaurants were part of the hotel but they are in the same complex. The food there was really nice in both Iskoyo and Sakhalin

  I tried the breakfast in the room and it was amazing, the hotel location is great with spacious rooms and nice balcony. the service was outstanding and the staff were super helpful and friendly
