My room was compact but thoughtfully designed — and I actually prefer that to sprawling spaces that feel impersonal. The attention to detail caught me off guard; everything from the lighting to the bathroom fixtures felt carefully chosen rather than just functional. The beds are genuinely comfortable (trust me, I’m picky about this), and the soundproofing works well considering you’re in one of the busiest neighborhoods in the city. What I appreciated most was how clean everything felt — not just surface-level clean, but that deep-clean feeling that lets you actually relax.

The buffet breakfast deserves its own mention because it’s one of those meals that sets the tone for your entire day. They’ve got the Turkish classics covered — fresh bread, local cheeses, olives, and honey that actually tastes like it came from somewhere specific. But they also understand that not everyone wants a heavy Turkish breakfast every morning, so there are lighter options too. I found myself looking forward to breakfast each day, which honestly doesn’t happen often when I travel. The dining area gets good natural light, and the staff seems to genuinely care about keeping everything fresh and well-stocked.

  Great location. Very near to Taksim Square, but not as noisy. Hotel is new. Staff are very accommodating and front desk speaks English. Rooms were cleaned everyday and towels, water, etc were always replenished. Restaurants, laundromat, corner shop all next to hotel. Abdurahman (young porter) ran to pharmacy 3 times on our 1st day to get me medication as I was feeling ill. Although there is no breakfast offered, there is a lovely restaurant about 30 metres down (Art Cafe( where we had breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

  Great location, clean and cozy rooms, polite and very helpful staff at the reception desk. We highly appreciated the early check-in that we were offered free of charge on the day of the arrival. Even though the hotel check-in policy provides for 2 pm as the ordinary check in time, we got our room at 11 am and that was extremely convenient. We'll be happy to stay at Plat Inn again.

  I loved how professional the staff was. Its a charming place with its own magic especially the restaurant available at the property. The place was clean, the rooms looked relatively new and the service of cleaning everyday was very effective and nice to have. We took a small room but it ended it up being more than enough for our trip since we really focused on exploring the area and the location was close to everything.
