  We had a great time here, location is just in the center. Host is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, pretty specious and location is very quiet, which is not common in Istanbul. Highly recommend 😊

  Nice hotel in the middle of the old city of Istanbul. Very comfortable to explore this part city. Silent street, with no noise from cars. On each floor 1 room. Vey clean and comfortable rooms. Good beds. The staff is very friendly and provides help with bags and tips. On the room еlectric kettle, AC, heater. The room size is not so big, but for 2 people is enough. Clear small bathroom with shower. Near the hotel, a lot of cafes and restaurants, have 24/7 shops and markets. The hotel provides transfer from/to the airport. The price for the transfer is ok +- same as a taxi.

  We recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed with a family of 4 adults and a child of 14 years old for 2 nights, rented 2 rooms. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and have everything you need. The rooms are stylishly decorated, bright and comfortable. One room was specially rented with a balcony, which has a table and chairs, it is very convenient to have dinner with the whole family in the evenings. The balcony is glazed. In the morning and afternoon, the balcony offers a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the main attractions. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was always in touch, kind and reliable. We have already been to Istanbul several times, but we liked this hotel the most, we will only return to it.

  Billy the host is very friendly, allowing us to check out late. The location is excellent, only a few minutes' walk to main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia yet tucked away from traffic noise. The room is a bit small but large enough for two persons and is very clean.

  Balil (Billy) was so helpful. He allowed us to have an early check in and carried some of our bags up to the 5th level. He also let us store our bags after check out, and carried them all down.
  
  The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was good. The view from Level 5 was excellent. The seagulls kept us entertained.
  
  The location was perfect. The restaurants and cafes around the apartment were significantly cheaper than what was around Hagia Sofia and the Hippodrome.
