  Everything was extremely pleasant. The location helped easily immerse into the Turkish traditional atmosphere, lots of places to eat, to enjoy exploring, a walking distance to many great places to visit.

  The apartment was clean , very beautiful location I love it the area , close to tram and restaurant every where. The property owner was very helpful.

  Beautiful and spacious apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Mehmet was always quick to reply and resolve any issues. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I don't get the complaints some reviews have regarding there only being busses nearby. There's a tram station right next to the bus station, using this tram will take you to the spice market, from where you can very easily jump on another tram to go to the other tourist attractions. Take it in the other direction and it'll take you in the direction of Istanbul airport (2 easy transfers). The tram was never crowded or uncomfortable. Also, Balat is really nice to explore with good restaurants (mainly Turkish) and we much preferred it to Karakoy or Taksim area.

  -The privacy and safety of the apartment, the apartment.
  -The place was clean and tidy.
  -Facilities inside the studio including an air conditioner, Hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee, cutlery and dishes.
  -The street does have few shops/mini- markets, bakery, restaurants and cafes so you can get anything needed withing a short walking distance.
  -The communication and immediate response from ( Mehmet ) when needed support.
  -The good gesture from Mehmet when ensured we were safe after incident in Istiklal Street.
