  This is my first time staying at this hotel. A small present in the form of a plate with fruits and nuts was waiting for me in the room. Which, along with a cup of fragrant coffee from the coffee machine, created a pleasant mood. I would also like to mention the good location for exploring the historical sights of Istanbul. Very good impressions from the staff. Galip explained in great detail about the hotel's services and offered to leave our luggage at the hotel the next day before departure to the airport.

  The location is great. Very close to all major attractions yet not right in the middle of the chaos that is Sultanhamet area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, in line with every breakfast that you get atvthe turkiahbtourist hotels: good variation of local cheese, local sallads, local bread, local salami. On top other tourist turkish hotels is the nice lady cooking an omlette the way you want it to. Satisfying list of turkiah and international TV channels, but you're not in Istanbul to watch tv, are you? Confortable beds, nice room gifts every day (free water, fruits and selection of local nuts). My wife's birthday was up during the trip and we got a surprise when we came back tot the room: we found a Happy birthday card, some choxolate and a mini birthday cake.

  Mr. Galip, the receptionist, was very hospitable and friendly, no matter what time we arrived at the hotel. Always at our service, and I'm sure also the other guests, and maximally focused on the work he does, Rating – a clear 10.

  Clean, tidy and organized. Very central location close to everything you need. Whether leisure or business trip, this is the hotel you need. Internet was great, facilities great, staff were all outstanding. That’s my second Stay there. Breakfast was ok like everywhere else but eatery in Istanbul is everywhere.
