  Clean room, nice breakfast, fast wifi, best location. I will be in Istanbul for couple of days till October for business and I found my hotel. Hotel is next to the tram station. The location of the hotel was much better than I expected. Highly recommended

  Location is perfect, few steps to the tram stop, less than 500m to Ayasofia and blue mosque.

  Best possible location for visiting the top sites of Istanbul…walking distance to all the Sultanahmet sites, and right on the tram line to get to other locations around the city. Nice breakfast terrace with a modest selection. Small wet bathroom, but a good shower. It was hot when we were there but the little hardworking A/C kept the room cool enough. Cold water in the lobby.
