  The property was quite boutique so it felt super homey but it was also very spacious and in the perfect location for shopping. I also loved the staff from the receptionists to the room service, everyone was super smiley all the time and down to help or have conversations. Staff treatment can really make or break a place and in the case it really made it for me!

  If you visit Istanbul for shopping this hotel is the best choice since it is located in great shopping street that include local and international brands, it is also very safe, and nice.
  Ibrahim , Mujdat and Nardi were available to help 24/7, I would like to provide a special thanks to ibrahim for his support to keep my baby trolly when i forget it in the front door, also the hotel allow cleaning service every day and the lady “ GAMZA” manage it thank you for hard work, smiles.
