  Staff – extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Reception is open 24/7.
  Location – great location to go around Istanbul. It is located close to the metro line (Haliç bridge), port for ferries and close to the bus stations. In the walking distance there is Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and others sights.
  To explore Istanbul, it is the best to walk around and discover new places. The hotel is located close to some construction site, so expect you’ll hear some construction work now and then.
  Room – decent size room, clean, with fridge. Bathroom is nice although when taking a shower, water is not going to the drain (because of the incline of the tiles) and it is going to the bathroom floors. Otherwise, the bathroom is very nice, provided shower gel and soap. They also provide towels and bed linen.
  WiFi – out of 10 days, WiFi was down for 4 or 5 days (due to some construction nearby in the street). When WiFi was working, it was smooth and decent. Video calls worked perfectly.
  Breakfast was provided by the staff, it was good and delicious, consisting bread, tea/coffee, olives, other vegetables, eggs, cheese, jam, honey.
  
  For shopping I recommend grocery shops nearby (also Grand Bazaar if you want something specific), while for eating you have many good choices also around for very decent and more than affordable prices.
  
  Overall it was a nice stay, considering the price vs quality and all together, I believe it is worth to stay there. If I go back to Istanbul one day, I will definitely book this accommodation again.

  The property is located at a small distance from eminonu port plus tram station and metro station are also very near. The hotel staff is very very nice. We really had a very good time.

  Turned up with no info from them , couldnt check in.
  Had to walk the streets until morning.
