  The location is superb, you can walk to centre. The view is magnificent (valid for 1st floor and the top floor). Quiet area, with a lot of cafes nearby.
  The owner was helpful in arranging transport, the Christmas decoration and tips.

  The area was fantastic close to the center with a great view to Bopshorus. There was no need to use mean of transortation. All sights were in walk distance of 20-30 minutes.. The host was very responsive and the communication was very easy.

  This apartment is a true gem! We stayed here with nine friends, and everyone loved the spacious two-floor layout. Having two bathrooms and even three WCs was incredibly convenient for a large group—no one ever had to wait, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
  
  The absolute highlight of this apartment, however, is the terrace with its breathtaking view of the Bosphorus Strait! We began our mornings with coffee, gazing at the vast waters and watching ships pass by. It was truly an unforgettable experience. In the evenings, the terrace became our gathering spot, where we could unwind and take in the magical atmosphere and the stunning Bosphorus scenery.
  
  The apartment is stylishly decorated with a modern touch, and every detail is well thought out—the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfectly prepared for our stay, answering any questions we had promptly.
  
  This spot is ideal for both relaxing downtime and fun evenings with friends. The unique view of the Bosphorus makes it an exceptional experience. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

  An excellent location is 200 meters from the metro, bus, ferry, 200 meters from the ferry, there is an incredible sea view, Istanbul is almost under your feet Omer, who is responsible for the facility, gave us a lot of support in every matter, we were very happy to meet, I think I will stay in this facility again as soon as possible, I read a few negative comments before booking this facility, I was hesitating to tell the truth when booking, But I can't agree with the negative comments, believe me, the next guests after us can make reservations with peace of mind Omer take care of yourself I hope to see you again as soon as possible….
