The room I stayed in had this perfect balance of traditional Turkish design and modern comfort. You know what I appreciated most? The attention to detail — proper blackout curtains (essential when you’re jet-lagged), a bathroom that actually has decent water pressure, and windows that open to let in that Istanbul breeze. The decor leans into the palace theme without going overboard, which I respect.
