  Everything was great in massimo, the location is so close to Istikla & Galata. The room was clean and comfortable, the heating is perfect and the hot water also is always there. The staff were friendly polite and so helpful. We highly recommend this facility. Thank you Massimo!

  Great hotel for the price! Rooms are clean and tidy, personel is extremely friendly and helpful. They let us stay in the room over the check out time and even gave us a gift! The location is also very good

  The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and local and keeping our luggage for a couple hours after checking out. The hotel was clean and everything was new, but a pretty small room (as shown in the photos).

  Best experience ever! Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles by Mahmood and the rest of the guys at Massimo.

  Great staff, very polite and helpful. Very central to Istiklal street and nightlife. When windows closed, you couldn’t hear much of the noise/ music from the outside. Beds were comfortable. Fridge, kettle and coffee amenities provided
