  Жили в этом доме компанией из 6 человек в первой половине декабря 2024. Великолепный дом, очень стильный, чистый, уютный, все продумано до мелочей. Дом расположен в модном районе Балат на достаточно тихой улочке, рядом много кафе, магазинчиков. В непосредственной близости остановки автобусов и трамвая, которые курсируют в разные части Стамбула. Недалеко от дома достопримечательности: Греческий лицей, мечеть Сулеймание, недалеко Малый Влахернский дворец, церковь Хора и фуникулер. Рядом набережная. Дом имеет 5 этажей: 1 эт – кухня, гостиная, санузел и спуск на цокольный этаж: бильярд. На 2 эт: спальня + душ; 3 эт: спальня + санузел; 4 эт. – спальня с двумя кроватями 160х200 + душ. Очень большим бонусом был бильярд: американский пул. Нам очень понравилось, просто великолепно! Рекомендую для выбора жилья в Стамбуле.
