  The staff is very kind and helpful. It was nice to find fresh water every day in the room , the minibar was filled and free, also caffee and tea is avaiable in the room. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The location of the hotel is very good, you can have a direct view to Taksim square and 3 min walking to Istiklal street.
