  The owner was incredibly helpful, always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. His dedication to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment was evident in every interaction. There was no sense of greed or commercialism, just a genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable.
  
  Fatmanur was equally wonderful, adding a personal touch that made us feel like part of the family. Her warm and friendly demeanor, along with her attention to detail, ensured that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

  The hotel is at a very good location. Only a few steps from Istiklal street and a main road. It's on a plain area and don't have to walk on a steep road
  The staff is so cooperative and kind. They helped us in early check in.
