  Great location. A minute walk to reach a station of T1 tram line. Building also has an elevator. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Kind and helpful personnel. Special thanks goes to Suleiman.

  Suleyman, the general manager, was very helpful both with our check-in and during our stay. He speaks English (and I think Arabic too) and offered good suggestions on the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very clean (it was cleaned daily) and very comfortable for our stay. Heating was perfect for the cold weather and there is a lift as well in the building. It was very convenient to both jump on trams and buses to get to Sultanahmet, Taksim square or to any other part of Istanbul.

  Excellent aparthotel in Fatih Istanbul. T1 tram stop is up the street, taxis are inexpensive. Staff are extremely nice. If you only speak English, make sure you ask everything you may need from Suleiman at the reception during normal working hours. The place was clean (can be cleaned every day if you wish) and the sleep was comfortable and quiet. I can advise Bizim Durum Kebap Salonu and Basak Pide Firini for cheap and delicious Turkish food around the corner.
