  great place, amazing stay with spa and delicious breakfast. just a bit far from the center. Amazing staff, Caner and Mert were very helpful and friendly with us

  Room was spacious, with excellent view, especially night time with all the light glistening over the water.. was spectacular. Breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of fresh produce daily. I especailly loved the fresh fruit selection, yogurts, nuts , honey. There was an actual honey hive to cut from! wow!

  Our special thanks to our dinner staff at the JINBar rooftop 🙂 It was our favorite night time spot. A big shout out yo Cumanji. What an attentive and genuine human. We loved the way he was taking care of us. Knowledgable on the wine selection and his recommendations was spot on! We made sure to buy a few bottles of the local Turkish wines he recommended and which the restaurant served. Thank you!
  
  The location was perfect for us. We wanted a spot outside of the 'hussle and buzzle' just to relax and rejuvenate. This location was perfect for that. It was easy to get a taxi to nearby malls, shops or transport to city centre , Istanbul.
  
  Staff would make it super easy to call a cab for us if we wanted to go anywhere.
  
  The Concierge was very helpful and gave us great advise for bookings , places to visit etc.
  
  The night Manager was amazing! Very helpful, firendly, kind and made sure we are happy and taken care of 🙂

  Great hotel, very comfortable with a wonderful staff. The concierge and the hotel manager both were so kind to us and helped us get a better taxi rate when we arrived. They were very accommodating and gave us wonderful suggestions. They also have a great spa and best view at the Jin Bar.

  We had an absolutely memorable trip to Istanbul, and staying at this hotel truly made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, with a special shoutout to Ali Bay Koy and Goldahn (apologies if I’ve spelled their names incorrectly). Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out, making our stay feel personal and memorable.
  
  One of the highlights was the exceptional breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were fantastic, offering both local Turkish delicacies and international favorites. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the attentive service made it even better.
  
  Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience with amazing hospitality, delicious Breakfast, and a prime location. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely return for future trips!
