  I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel, Mr. Mustapha at the reception and also the owner were the most lovely, kind and helpful people I met in Istanbul.
  The location near Taksim and Istiklal is perfect and at the same time the street on which the Hotel is located is pretty calm, I personally slept well during my stay and didn't hear any extern noises, furthermore you have all the means of transportation nearby (bus, metro, etc.).
  The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable,and the cleaning was well done when asked.

  The breakfast was small but enough to fill you up and it was nice that you could have as much tea and coffee as you wanted. Honestly, the hotel is not bad, the location is perfect for tourists who want to explore the European part of the city and it it is a good value for the money you pay. Beds were comfortable. The Wi-fi was perfect, so rare to find in hotels all over the world, I was impressed.

  Central location in the heart of the buzzy Nevizade area of Istanbul. Family-run hotel, simple but good breakfast provided; very tasty fresh bread and daily boiled egg included. The son speaks good English and is very helpful.

  I would like to take a moment to commend the wonderful staff at the hotel. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable.
  
  Additionally, I felt reassured by the hotel’s strong security measures, which ensured that our money and other valuable items were safely stored in personal lockers. This level of care provided great peace of mind during our visit.
  
  Furthermore, I greatly appreciated their assistance with our luggage. They kindly offered to store our bags until our departure time, which was quite lengthy. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to explore the area without the burden of our luggage.
  
  As for our room, it was quite spacious and well-suited for two people. Unfortunately, I did forget to take photos to capture the lovely space. However, I did want to mention one aspect that was less convenient: our room was located on the terrace floor, and the elevator did not service this level. If you opt for a double bed room, I would recommend confirming accessibility to ensure it meets your needs.
  
  Overall, my experience was very positive, and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel team.
