  The location is excellent. Walking distance from everything. In addition to the grocery stores and the restaurants that are almost everywhere around the hotel.
  Front desk was super helpful and made sure we had everything needed.
  If you are looking for something close from tourist attractions and friendly front desk, I recommend this one for you!

  The staff was really nice and helpful . We had huge luggages and they even helped carry them to 4th floor . Really grateful for this. The closets were spacious as well as the drawers. The double bed is also comfy. No problem with preparing euros in cash in advance but preferably to be informed prior to our arrival so we wouldn’t need to waste some transaction fees on the cheating atm machine nearby. We came from the country using euros so it wasn’t even a problem to withdraw before coming. We understand the Turks prefer not to pay with local currency or card.

  Staff and owner were amazing. Welcoming, helpfull and very friendly. We got some great advice from them. They helped us with the luggage and they offered us umbrellas when raining. Furthermore, the location was quite good as we had super markets, restaurants and shops all around without being too noisy. Tram station was a 10 minute walk uphills. We always had warm water and the apartment was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a lugagge rack. I really loved the facted a housekeeper was cleaning the room every 2 days (+ changing the towels). After all, for the rate we were paying, it was for sure a value for money choice.

  The building is on the older side but it’s clear that the owners take good care of it. Speaking of them, they were extremely friendly and welcoming and I wholeheartedly enjoyed the interaction.
  Small kitchen allowed for preparing food and also basic cooking.

  Great location, close to the Kumkapı railway station on the new T6 tram line. The Beyazıt stop on T1 is also close-by, albeit up a steep hill. My room was spacious and looked exactly like the photos, with good quality furniture and decor. The room was cleaned every other day, and the bottles of water, tea, and coffee I'd used were replaced. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the room itself was a good place to spend time.
  
  There are many similarly priced accommodation options in this part of Istanbul. Given I've only stayed in one place, I can only review it based on my expectations and experiences in other large cities.
