  Ekrem's personal touch in everything. His willingness to assist wherever and whenever possible. Every day he made our stay such a pleasant experience.   Our apartment was in the first floor, spacious, with elevator. Clean, with 3 comfortable beds, sofa, small kitchen and bathroom. Man in reception was very friendly. The location is good, a walking distance to the most important tourist attractions, restaurants, public transport and connection bridge to Karakoy, the renovated part of the city.
