On top of that, he went above and beyond by personally walking us to a nearby supermarkets that were open at the time, ensuring we could get some food right away.   The apartment looks exactly as the pictures, it is full equipped there is nothing to missing. You have a lot of space in it, a terrace with a great view. The neighborhood is one of the most safe and good places in Istanbul. It is very convenient to reach any place in the city with a public transport, by Uber or car. We are Genius 3 level travelers and I would say that Burak as host is one of the best and most professional we ever had. He is there for anything you need. If you consider a stay in İstanbul just have this apartment.

  Es ist wirklich mehr als wir erwartet haben.. Herr Burak ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wohnung war mehr als modern. Es fehlte nichts. Alles war TOP.

  Нас было 5 человек. Квартира на 2 этажа. Сама квартира расположена на 3 этаже дома. Очень крутая лестница. Первый этаж- столовая, кухня и зал – это одно большое пространство. Есть туалет с умывальником. На втором этаже 2 спальни с выходом на балкон (Очень красивый видна город.) и одна маленькая комната с двухэтажной кроватью. В этой комнате нет окна на улицу.
  Также на 2 этаже есть душ, раковина и туалет- совмещены в одной комнате. Очень удобно: была вся необходимая бытовая техника: посудомоечная машина, кофемашина, чайник, холодильник, морозильная камера, конлиционеры в каждой комнате, микроволновая печь, духовка, газовая плита, стиральная машина, сушильная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, телевизор, интернет. Интернет хорошей скорости, но на 2 этаже связь плохая. Кровати удобные. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистые и хорошего качества. Есть хорошая посуда для приёма пищи и разнообразная. Кухня очень удобная. Около дома в 3 минутах есть два магазина. Выбор свежих овощей не сильно большой, но разнообразие разных продуктов есть. По вторникам приезжает фермерский базар. В 7 минутах есть магазин с алкоголем. Рядом с домом отличный парк для детей с детской площадкой. Рядом кафе: мороженое по 40 лир. В 10 минутах есть кафе, общественное питание. Прямо около дома есть кафе бургерная. В 15-20 минутах есть отличный торговый центр, с приемлемыми ценами. Хозяин квартиры шёл всегда на контакт. Заранее была выслана инструкция, как попасть в квартиру, где ключи.

  We stayed there as a family with our three children.(14 nights).
  Burak made us feel very welcome, he is helpful, and gives very good advices. We thank him very much for what he did to make our stay most enjoyable. the apartment is large, spacious, bright, well equipped, it feels very good like at home, the bedding is comfortable. the residence is safe and quiet close to all amenities (restaurant shops). There is a local market on Tuesday mornings at the end of the street. a park where our children loved to play, with lots of little kittens just a stone's throw from the apartment.
  Following Burak's advice we booked a taxi via the Uber application to go and visit the tourist places.
  We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Istanbul. We will come back with great pleasure.

  Burak nous a super bien accueilli il est disponible, de très bon conseil. nous le remercions énormément pour ce qu'il a fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables.
  l'appartement est grand spacieux lumineux bien équipé on s'y sent très bien comme à la maison la literie est confortable. la résidence est sécure et calme proche de toute commodités (restaurant commerces) .il y a un marché local le mardi matin au bout de la rue. un parc ou nos enfants aimaient jouer, avec pleins de petits chatons à deux pas de l'appartement.
  Suivant les conseils de Burak, nous réservions via l'application uber un taxi pour aller visiter les lieux touristiques.
  Nous vous recommandons chaudement cet appartement pour un séjour à Istanbul. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
