  -Location was excellent, though on a steep hill, was within short walking distance of Taksim square, Metro/Bus stations, Istiklal street, Istiklal Mosque and a very convenient little minimarket for basic grocery barely a minute's walk down from the hotel

  Great location with hospitable and helpful staff. They provided very clear instructions on how to get from the airport to the hotel and were always ready to answer all of our questions.   The location is great, just 10m walking to the Taksim Square and 15m walking to the bus station to the airport. Also nearby you have some nice local restaurants. The place is a bit old and some renovations are needed. Cleanliness is not top-notch and needs some improvement. I guess it is suitable for a couple of days. The staff is polite and helpful. Thanks.
