  This hotel was in a great location, just a short walk down the hill from the main metro station. The surrounding neighborhood had a lively, local vibe with plenty of small markets, restaurants, and shops nearby that were open late. As the apartment is situated on a hill, it may not be the best option for those who don't enjoy walking, but the tradeoff is that it feels hidden away from the main tourist areas.
  
  The host was incredibly hospitable and friendly – a pleasure to interact with. The room itself was well-equipped, with air conditioning to help beat the heat and a mini-fridge to keep drinks cool. While basic, it had everything we needed for our short stay in Istanbul.

  Clean and comfortable hotel. Top location – in a few minutes' walk to Taksim Square and the main street, with convenient transport links. At the same time, it is located in an authentic area with a local flavor. If you are looking for a really luxurious hotel – this is not the place for you. But if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of real Istanbul – do not hesitate. Our host was an incredibly kind and helpful young man who catered to our every whim. He guided us precisely and correctly, took us personally to certain places. Speechless! In the morning, he offered us local warm burek, although the breakfast was not part of the offer. And at other times he offered us wonderful black tea, water and other drinks.
