  A beautiful apartment in one of the central streets of Kadıköy. There are many restaurants and markets around. You can find a open place almost at any time of the day. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. The bed and sofa in the sitting room are very comfortable. Items are generally new and complete. Since there are shops on the lower floor of the building where the apartment is located, there is a noise from time to time, but it is not very disturbing.

  The most important issues for me are the location of the flat and the cleanliness. The apartment met both my expectations. Having a self checkin system is a big advantage. I didn't have any problems with entry and exit. It was a nice stay.

The living room with TV and the bedroom are very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen, although small, are useful. It will definitely be among my options on my next visit.

  Perfekcyjna lokalizacja – Kadikoy to najlepsze miejsce na pobyt w Stambule. Masz tu wszystko, co potrzebne pod samym nosem – mnóstwo restauracji, kafejek, sklepów itd. Świetna atmosfera, a jednocześnie ceny niższe niż na Fatih lub Beyoğlu, bo nie ma tu miliona turystów i tandetnych błyskotek na każdym kroku. 5 minut piechotą do dużego portu, bardzo dużego huba autobusowego i stacji metra. A jednocześnie lokal nie jest w samym sercu Kadikoy, gdzie jest straszny hałas, lecz lekko na uboczu – kilka minut spacerkiem.
  W lokalu jest klimatyzacja i bardzo dobre wifi (w opisie właściciela pisze, że nie ma wifi, ale w rzeczywistości jest).
  Lokal jest dość przestronny i nieźle wyposażony. Znajduje się na 1 piętrze, a do tego jest winda. Właściciel udziela bardzo czytelnych informacji jak się dostać, nie było najmniejszych problemów.
