  Almost everything was as expected. Very clean, the staff was very helpful and respectful. The breakfast was great. It was diverse and everyone could find something to eat, even for people with dietary restrictions.

  The Food, especially breakfast, was perfect . The staff were perfectly cooperative and supportive . The only negative points for the hotel was the Parking which despite the hotel announcement in the booking for parking free in a safe area in the Hotel Parking , My car for the whole 5 days was parked in front of the Hotel which was not good at all 🙁 . Secondly , The water of the pool was very cold and despite the request to the hotel by several guests , this issue was not solved by HOTEL . we couldn't use the HOTEL pool at all. 🙁

  We have been going to this particular hotel for several years. It is spotlessly clean, has an excellent location,the staff is always willing to help you with everything. All of them are excellent.I consider them my family because due to professional obligations my husband and I are there 4 days a month. I highly recommend it.

  Fabulous Hotel, very clean, amazing staff (special thanks to Omar and Sara at the reception who are extremely nice and welcoming). The rooms are good size with amazing views over the city. The breakfast is very good with lots of options, Turkish tea is great and is available all day for free. Swimming pool is great but needs to be more warm in winter times.
