The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d want after a long day exploring — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how close you are to the main street. Nothing revolutionary, but everything worked perfectly, which honestly matters more than fancy amenities when you’re actually living in a space for several days. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining the place well, and you can tell they’ve figured out the little details that make a difference. What really impressed me was how many guests seemed to be returning visitors — apparently there are way more repeat customers here than at most other properties in the city.

  First,I would like to thank Miss.Zaynab.She was very friendly and helpful.she extended the check out time for us cause our flight was evening time.The location was excellent near to markets,restaurants,Baghdad street and metro station around 7 min walking.Even the beach also we can go by walking.The breakfast was good with multiple choices.The staff every day clean our room.

  The room was clean and the staff were very supportive. Although I did not add breakfast when booking, they added it for free. Also, they organized an airport taxi for me free of charge. The hotel is located near the sea where you can have a nice walk. If you are mainly looking to stay at the Asian side, then this hotel could be the perfect option.

I want to give a special shoutout to Zeynep and Büsra, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had to change my room twice, and they handled it with patience and professionalism, doing everything they could to keep me close to my sister. It was truly a pleasure to see their smiling faces each morning before heading to breakfast—they set such a positive tone for the day.
  
  This hotel is a perfect blend of great facilities, excellent location, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely return in the future!

  The central location of this hotel is a plus.
  Unfortunately, the hotel is already showing its age, and a renovation would be appropriate and urgently needed!
  Nevertheless, it is still a pleasant hotel and is located in the middle of cafes, restaurants and only 1 minute walk away from the magnificent boulevard BAGDAT CADDESI (at the crossroads near the four-floors ZARA-Store)
  We are regular guests at this hotel and always choose the Suadiye Hotel when we are in Kadikoy.
  We would also like to thank Ms. Büsra (front office) for her great support and courteous manner.
  Most of the employees are polite and keen to offer the best possible service.
