  Amazing location. Stone’s throw from all the major tourist attractions. Small boutique hotel with very well appointed rooms and amenities. Service was amazing as was the breakfast. One of our bags was lost and the staff bent over backwards to get it retrieved for us

  Perfect location for all the sites 100% recommend this place . The staff were the best in our travels as of today, can't say enough kind words for them. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was great. The only thing I can say bad is the mattress was a bit hard for us Americans but we made do with an extra layer of blankets. We would and will stay here again

  You are treated with elegance. The staff speak clear, fluent English and they are very helpful.

  They allowed me early check-in for free because the room was already ready.
  They kept me my luggage for a few days.

  A great location to be able to see the historical part of Istanbul by foot. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and helped greatly with airport transfers. I last stayed here in 2017 and it is good to see the service and attention to detail is still high.

  There can’t be a better location to stay in the Sultahnet district. Right next to Hagia Sophia and within 5 minutes walk to the main heritage buildings. Great breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. Also, they arrange a free parking for you nearby.

  I had an amazing experience at Hotel Saint Sophia! The staff were incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive from start to finish. A special mention to the manager at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our airport taxi driver found the best route and helped us get our luggage out without any hassle. It was so impressive to see him leave his desk to make sure we were safe and comfortable.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—close to historical landmarks, great shopping spots, restaurants, and cafes.   Great friendly service and location. They helped me from the start by coordinating with my taxi driver on where to drop-off as they are located in a historical pedestrian only area. Taha, with Guest Services, picked me up at the designated drop-off point and helped me with my luggage. The accommodations are awesome and the complimentary Turkish Breakfast is excellent. Haka, at the front desk had all the info on all the wonderful places to visit and was able to book a cruise on the Bosphorous for me.They had a harp player during breakfast as well. I had to leave Turkey for a few days and come back and they were also able to store some items I’d purchased there for me until I got back. Overall, highly recommended. You’ll love it!

  Cozy and walking distance to tram station, grand bazar and other monuments. It’s right next to Hagia Sofia Mosque. There is a currency exchange right under the building and plenty of restaurants. Staff were nice n courteous.
