  Hotel staff were very friendly and so helpful. They advised how to travel by metro and tram, also provide sim card and taxi services. They also advise directions of destinations. It felt magical staying in the city of Istanbul.

  I liked the location, noisy area, but there is everything you need nearby. The staff tried to help me, especially with heating… unfortunately, there are problems with this. I arrived for a few days and the first 2 days I was uncomfortable because there were cold batteries, it's not good at all when the weather outside the window is cool and it's raining. I have no questions for the staff, they tried in every possible way to help especially Isa, Batu and the manager (I don't know his name) helped to solve everything at the same time. Breakfast is delicious, good serving as in many hotels. Maybe I'll come again on sunny days)
