  very close to the airport with local eating places next to the hotel. Very friendly staff at hotel. The breakfast at hotel was great!
  and staff at an eating place a few doors down the evening I arrived, came out with menue and English subtitles when they saw me looking on the street at signs in turkish language..
  I eat vegetarian, and they showed extra courtesy and concern to point out suitable items. The salad, lentil soup, and rice were all very good.

  Due to a missed flight we had to spend a night in Istanbul and since the airport hotel was fully booked we looked for a place in the neighborhood so we found this lovely hotel just 7 min away with a taxi from the SAW in Istanbul. The prices are much better as for the airport hotel including breakfast and the price-quality very good. The room was very clean and tidy with everything one needs. We even had 2 bottles of complimentary water and also supplies for tee and coffee in the room. The breakfast was also pretty varied and fresh.
