  Very good host, great communication, nice location. Not in a touristy neighbourhood.

  Enough space for a group of people or family to have a comfortable stay. Not far away from a centre, good connection with a public transport. Stuff was great, waited for in a property even we were late for an hour.

  The flat was big enough for us. It was clean and had enough facilities. Wifi was ok. The landlord's treatment was good.

  The address was not given to us initially, my husband rang the owner to get direction. He was told to find the key under the door mat. We never met the owner. Our communication was through WhatsApp. Through my years of reservation with Booking.com, this was the worst experience. I have always requested a quiet room or accomodation, whenever I have booked with Booking.com. I was assured that this one was quiet. But it was at the junction of two busy roads and extremely noisy. So, I believe we were lied to. We could not possibly sleep on the first night at all. So the next morning we left this place and found alternative accomodation at Hotel Buem on Asian Side.

  موظف الاستقبال كان متعاون ومضياف استقبلنا بكل ود وبشاشه وحرص على راحتنا ولم يتركنا الا لما تاكد من كل الامور وكل شيء متوفر، الشقه مريحه ونظيفه وجديده والمطبخ متكامل جدا لاينقصه شيء، موقع الشقه على أرض مستويه مافيها إرتفاعات ويوجد أصنصير في العماره والدخول العماره عن طريق رقم سري يعني الشقه آمنه بعد الله.

  El apartamento está en un edificio de tres apartamentos. Nosotros estuvimos en el del segundo piso.
  
  Es un edificio reformado totalmente con muy buenas calidades y comodidades.
  
  El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es silencioso. Por las noches hemos descansado muy bien por qué además las camas son cómodas.
  
  El apartamento está situado en un valle. Estambul es una ciudad con muchas cuestas y el que esté en un valle y por tanto en una zona plana a la que puedas ir andando a comprar a supermercados, panadería, pastelería o a coger el autobús es de gran ayuda.
  
  El barrio también está muy bien. Tienes de todo para hacer vida en él: cafeterías, pequeños restaurantes, comercios diversos, cajeros y hasta un hamam.
  
  También pensaba antes de ir que estaría mal comunicado y no ha sido así. A 5 minutos literalmente y sin tener que subir cuestas hay una parada de autobús con varias lineas que te dejan en 15-20 minutos en el puente de Gálata. Con Google Maps es muy fácil desplazarse en autobús por todo Estambul. Si no, con la app de Bitaksi, los taxis resultan económicos.
