  Beautiful property perfectly located in the heart of Sultanahmet, just steps away from the main attractions. The suite was large, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a safe and comfortable stay. The staff were eager to help, and the reception team provided golf cart assistance to/from taxis etc. which was especially nice when arriving back at midnight from a tour in Cappodochia. The person who made the beds arranged the towels in different shapes (alligators, swans etc.) each day. Very creative. An oasis of calm amidst the bustling tourist area. We’ve stayed at many other hotels in the area over the years and there were usually problems. This one was run smoothly. Would stay there again.

  We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent for a first time visitor to Istanbul, right next to the Hagia Sophia mosque. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Bottled water was provided daily.

  The location, the hotel facilities and the friendly staff. The hotel was within 5 mins walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque and the Palace. That was so convenient for us in terms of managing our time. The hotel was beautiful. Its facilities were very good and so much comfort. The staff was very friendly and always did a good job in taking care of our needs. Always made sure we were safe. On the day we checked in, the concierge made sure to show us where all the places were that we wanted to visit, and later made sure to pick us up from where we had gone for dinner. We really appreciate how well we were taken care of by the staff.

  The staffs were great, Nozima,Yigitcan, Mr. Aren, and etc. The location is the best! We feel so comfortable to come back to our room — it's like our home in Istanbul. When the tourist crowd is gone at night we feel living in the old palace, or at least in the neighborhood of Sultan's house. Very special and precious experience that we will cherish for a long time.
