  The location was good. Close to the metro and a mall with a nice food court. Some cafe's near by also. The staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, nice shower, the ac unit worked well.

  The location of the hotel is just a short walk to Altinizade Metro station (exit 5) which makes it excellently situated when visiting Istanbul. It is also only a few hundred metres from a large, well-appointed shopping mall which contains a supermarket, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel desk is attended 24 hours and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room that we were originally given contained a jacuzzi which we didn’t really want or need and which significantly reduced the available floor space. We requested a room change which was readily facilitated; our replacement room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good in the rooftop restaurant.

  The hotel is rather small, but good enough for unpretentious travelers. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, ben linen white and fresh. There is 24-hours reception which is very useful for travelers arriving at night. Wi-fi is fast. Metro station in 5 mins walk, Capitol mall in 10 mins walk. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great thanks to Volkan! He was very nice and helpful, always smiling. Thank you, Volkan, for your help during my stay in the hotel.
