  Mouhamad, Nourhan and the engineering guy are helpful and assets to the hotel.
  Our room on the first floor in the center of the building is with working wifi and ac (cold). Reception has tourist sim card for sale. Next to other hotel and many restaurants / small stores nearby.

  The reception staff were exceptionally polite and communicated fluently in English. Mr. Özgür Demir provided outstanding assistance, going above and beyond to ensure that my friend and I were well accommodated and satisfied with the resources available. His kindness and attentiveness were truly commendable.
  
  The rooms were thoughtfully designed, with the large family room offering a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Breakfast was served buffet-style, featuring a good selection of savory and sweet items, all of which appeared fresh and of good quality, although not as extensive as portrayed in the booking photos.
  
  The hotel boasts an impressive and spacious lobby, furnished with numerous sofas, chairs, and tables, making it an excellent space for business meetings or simply relaxing outside the room. The WiFi in the lobby was reliable and fast, averaging symmetrical speeds of 40-50 Mbps.
  
  Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel staff, under the management of Mr. Demir, are doing an exceptional job.

  I like the retro look firstly. The breakfast was great. staffs were amazing and helpful. You can always ask for anything – water towel soap. Room service is available. Valet parking available in front of property. My first room was a smoking property. They immediately changed it nd given me an upgrade for free which was very nice of them. The bar in the front is a life saver.

  Excellent hotel within walking distance to central bus station (mind you need to cross the bridge with stairs). Good value for money, nice breakfast. Mohamed at the reception helped us a lot with any queries we had!

  Hotel is closed to bus station. This is was the main reason to stay there. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast.
