  At first day the reception man was so rude with us and even he checked us out and refunded our booking. Then the manager came and talked to us. We changed the rooms several times the stay was not that good

  I travelled to Istanbul alone and for a woman this hotel is perfect! The location is strategic, very close to everything in the old town, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, the Bazar, one of the oldest hammam.. the most important places to visit.. The Tram line is 5 minutes from the hotel as well. Very safe to walk to the holtel also in the night, with shops open until late and many nice restaurants, services, cafes. The hotel itself is linked to a very nice restaurant in the same building, and one evening when I was tired and I didn't want to search for a restaurant, I had dinner there and it was very good!
  The room was simple but clean, quite, and the bed very confortable, I slept very well. The staff was very very nice and ready to help! I felt at home and safe.
  I will return in this hotel next time!

  The location. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
